Learning real estate is not hard, Find a Broker who offers a few weeks of training, then take your state test, poof you are a realtor.The challenge is learning to become a good enough salesman to earn a living selling real estate.The best way is after you take your test, then find a Broker like Coldwell Banker that has a great Mentoring program, then affilate with then for 1 year while you learn the ropes of SELLING and the tedious task of CONTRACTS

I’ve never done a deal before but have began looking and this is helping my eyes get trained to what each deal even looks like.from a community manager and others in hearing that in TX it’s hard to find a park that will let you buy and then rent it out.Some have offered the advice of doing a “Seller Finance” which sounds great but what made me ask the question was finding several homes I liked that were “must move”.I’m guessing since it has to be moved this is probably just a selling situation and not suitable for any kind of rental as I do not have my own land
