Hi @Darnell Robinson,You can speak with some local banks to see what they might be able to offer you.Additionally, you can use the 'Find Partners' tab on BiggerPockets to see a list a reputable HMLs in your state.Lastly, you can head to your local REIA and see if there are any private lenders there.At this stage, it's probably best to explore all of your options and see which route makes sense from there.Best,Michael
