but if you think it's a good trend that tech companies are saying "we are leaving California" along with many high profile rich people, you're crazy.How about this, because I'm curious:  Why do you think the various sites that tract this stuff (let's use the U-Haul one way data) show CA cities being so highly represented in the top 10 places people are leaving and various red areas as the top 10 areas they're going to?   

We filed a claim with the title insurance company that originated the lenders insurance policy, they eventually approved the claim and beared the cost for representing us in the lawsuit.

I would recommend contacting an independent agent who represents multiple Insurance companies.  

At a minimum the court is going to need to have somebody else assigned as the administrator or personal representative for your grandmother's estate.

If you’re not represented by a realtor (and didn’t submit the paperwork associated with a formal offer), maybe he’s trying to determine if you’re just kicking tires?
