Made Offer on piece of land

I made an offer on a piece of land posted on Zillow. They responded asking if I was able to talk. They are calling me tomorrow morning. He also said "Just to confirm, you're thinking about buying?" What does he mean? I Might have bit off more than I can chew after listening to the 90 day challenge webinar yesterday with Brandon.  I am very new and still in the learning processes any help would be greatly appreciated.
