I'm not sure if the door hanger was the extra push for them to get in contact but it defintley helps with branding and keeping in front of the audience you want to be.

There are other affordable areas with much better options such as Maple Heights that I would push you to consider. 

I bought a dishwasher and installed it in my unit because washing dishes by hand SUCKS.
