I'm actually looking into the VA loan application process right now, since that's likely what we'll go with when we purchase our first home. 

Tenant fell behind 2 months rent, so I started the eviction process in May. 

It's a slow process, I've been working on a 2.2 million deal for 5 months and the last 4 weeks and counting have been contract writing and attornies or owners somehow thinking one word will unlock pandoras box and let us take their building for free.

Hi guys -I know eviction process after winning an Auction has been discussed several times here - but this is very specific to New Jersey.Has someone got an eviction done in NJ after winning an auction?

Depending on how it works out, perhaps I can structure the agreement in a way so that I can be apart of the process and get some experience. 

My point here is I have no idea how to run a screening process and what all I need to do before I accept tenants.

This has been helpful in my thought process.

It would be most helpful if I could connect with someone to in lighten me on the process, or know of any seminars in the Houston area any info is very appreciated thanks in advance.

Were in the process of obtaining a couple consultants or 'mentors' and we are currently looking to go to a REI club meeting.
