Supposedly lots of subdividable 6.5 Acre w/private dock for 30K...and with a "log home package" for 70K (package includes materials, no construction)...and some other options as well.This is not the first time I see one of these offers.

Same with credit, if minimum is 680 and you have 679 it's a no go.The good news is the private money isn't a forever thing.

That being said, it's time to sell and focus my efforts on the more scalable private syndications.
