I generally prefer to go it alone, any kind of partner (even relatives) mean you have less say in management, operations and exit strategy.

If at all possible, on a smaller deal, I prefer no partners.

Hello Everyone,I just started a new job working as an acquisitions associate with a preferred developer working on finding off-market deals for Quick Service Restaurant Single Tenant Net Lease Properties through cold calling.

We finally found more conscious sellers and a house that checks all our boxes minus our preferred location but it is not too bad.

I'd prefer the group consists of investors that already own a property or 2, looking to scale, and enjoy working with other people.
