In Brewerytown, I've been to Girad street and 29th where I think a lot of developments has happened.

I've been paying for about 4 years and they've promised to repair/replace hvac, hot water heater, electrical outlets, pipes, sewer/water lines between the house and the street.

The neighbors son saw the whole thing and these neighbors went across the street and over the fence and checked out the other house with a For Sale sign.

Any side street is now zoned RS and for years I have not heard of a single time the alderman upzoned it to RT and increased units.  

The neighborhoods can vary widely street to street and so can the retail market, which is great to know regarding exit strategies.

I'm not quite rural, but it may still be popular here.

Two popular ones are Atlanta REIA and GA REIA.

They could do this since one of the land parcels does have a narrow land strip to a city road. (228th St SE) I am not sure what it costs to build a road of approx 1/4 mile and install a street light. 

I just went under contract on a SFH in South Florida and would like some feedback/suggestions on improving the curb appeal of the house and making it more attractive to prospective tenants.The house is a 2-1 on a 4-lane, divided street.
