Good evening BP Fam, I am looking for a contractor in the local Tampa Bay and surrounding areas that have experience in FHA 203k loans and can bid on a possible property for one of my clients.

I dont know how to write a contract or where to get one.

But that all also took a long time (20+ days) since we had to schedule formal inspections and wait for the building inspector to come and give his okay at each phase before moving on with the next steps.Now, since we're doing the exact same work with the exact same contractors in the remaining 120+ rooms, I was hoping we'd be able to breeze through them without the need for formal inspections at each phase.

Not to mention the major issues surrounding the plumbing - yikes.

@Sandeep Gangadhar Property Management is probably the most important member of your team, since they represent you in front of the customers, in front of the contractor, in front of legal, they also collect the rents (financials)..etc.

We may not have enough to just add stair but need to open the wall to make space. and any good contractor you would recommend ?

Any recommendations for a good contractor in the Chantilly/Reston/Aldie area?

Whenever you’re dealing with contractors and such, it’ll be a learning experience.
