It does make you excited to think “hey that could be me” but wouldn’t you rather hear about how they failed and why the failed rather than who succeeded overnight.

@Jeff DimmlerThe numbers look ok to me from quick glance...nothing exciting though as you're going to tie up a lot of capital in the downpayment and only for a 13% return (you're in the midwest and should be able to do better imo).

Whether it's Buffet, Bezos or any of the bigger players in real estate, nobody slows down when they reach financial freedom.
