I have spent my time creating my own deal box for investing and educating myself as an investor.

I personally have had great experiences in Cleveland and Columbus. 

Before taking the plunge, I recommend investing time in educating yourself and connecting with local investors.

My recommendation for anyone is to educate yourself, whether its Hawaii or elsewhere, because if you are aware of how STRs are regulated in Hawaii, this is far easier said that done.

The property I would buy is in her LLC but she would like the dream home she’s building to be in their personal names, can she use a 1031 exchange at the end of the 3 year balloon when I pay her off and use those proceeds towards a new construction build?
