The actual number of abortions for women who are a victim of rape or incest is .3%...much, much higher than what you claim.Oh, and as for the percentage of abortions that are a result of "unintentional pregnancies," I imagine the number is nearly 100%.

I imagine the lender on the short sale, would be a factor, as well as how many liens.I assume it would be a small percentage of the expected future gains (basic formula that net present value is less than future value).I am looking for any and all constructive criticism.I am not just looking as a "provider" of deals, but also, if I were to approach realtors, what could/should I offer them, as cash up front, to bring me a deal.

If we enter into a period of inflation, and we all know the bank's lending rate will be inflation plus some percentage, yet the bank's borrowing rate will be near zero, the bank's spread between the two rates could be astronomical.Bank's crazy like a fox, and who's the sucker?

As far as percentages go in the partnership, it can be structured many different ways.Some examples: A brings the money, B finds, negotiates, contracts, closes, and manages the deal: 50%/50%A brings the money and the end buyer, B does the rest 65%-70% for A, balance for BThese are just examples, keep in mind everything is NEGOTIABLE.The real key is having two people with the same goal on the project and the same attitude, but with differnt aspects they bring to the table.
