It was an amazing piece of software, a generic webscraper that you could graphically create packages that could extract almost any type of structured data.I used it to scrape my county's tax bills and property info.

Maybe I'll just bite the bullet and purchase a package of 5 e-mail addresses and make myself everything from CEO/Chairman of the Board/Lord-God of the firm to Second Shift Lead under the Assistant to the Night Janitor.

I consider it as part of the entire application package.

They would have to wait for ALL their "better qualified counterparts" to obtain residency if that were the case.

But I also do not have to spend $1500 knowing it will not be as easy as it is made out to be.just rebranding and packaging and old model that the counties have really cracked down on..  20 years ago it was different.. can it be done sure .. is it hard EXTREMELY  ..  

I did ask Randy again for refund of my $420 , because his package is very hard for me to undestand myself.

I would like to know What accounting functionality does QuickBooks have that other property management software packages do not have?
