Hey BP Family,I am hoping that someone can help me answer this question. 

I don't want to come off as negative but I do have a couple questions that you are going to need to answer for yourselves though. 

My project was not budgeted correct by the original contractor. 

So I created blank fields that will allow me to enter in that data, those answers for every tenant that I have. 

I am originally from Atlantic County but now live in Tampa and own a STR PM Co.  

Who would be able to advise me on this if the answer is complicated?

Will I be asked to answer phones?
