This may only happen once in a while, but it sure offsets a lot of the potential savings of a metered property.I understand that the Meter Save program by the water department will guarantee that your metered bills are not higher than your current bills for 7 years, but I plan to keep these properties for longer than that.

I believe he is saying to call small, local banks in your immediate area (these will probably have less than 7-10 locations) and ask to speak with the COMMERCIAL department, residential lenders will just say they can't do it, even if their bank does do them.

but as stated above this is what Variances are for.you may have a pro growth planning department and planning board.. or it could be like Portlandia and it would not even be worth a try.. changing zoing is uber uber tough and RARELY successful in this state. as zoning is dictated at state level then everything else goes down hill.
