This is obviously only one isolated instance but I never forgot it because I lived in orange county at the time and it was not normal for the area.I'll side with Natalie on her comments regarding the techies here in the PNW for the most part (80%/20% rule).

I sold my small business and my wife quit her corporate job several years ago and we are now rehabbing full time in Orange County.  

Apples and oranges are both fruits, but very different. 

I'm in San Diego and would consider looking at any commercial property there or in Orange and Riverside Counties.

It's an orange flexible material and I've seen directions indicating thin set under it.A doctor once told me, "You can do what ever you want, it's your body."

In South Orange County, homes that sold brand new in the 70's are now, roughly, worth 20 times more, POST-bubble.

I am not willing to wait to enjoy the fruits of my labor until when I am 60 - I may not be here...

My wife's a elementary school teacher here in Orange County, CA and I'm going to show her this post haha.

It's hard to have a fruitful discussion about eugenics (a topic introduced early on in this discussion) without the agreement on a common moral code, which is going to be highly dependent on religious beliefs...There are parts of eugenics that people oppose specifically on religious grounds, but that most non-religious people would not find at all morally objectionable.
