@Hayden Kerns, it sounds like you have a fair understanding of the differences at a high level.

What are the limitations and differences when compared with regular home hard money financing?

Then go to a different plumber if you have to.

It isn't insanely different from regular deal but it is also great not paying high fees for a DSCR loan.

My concerns with delayed financing are the double closing costs.I don't understand the mechanics of the different loans and what the tax benefits are of the different options.Thanks to everyone who has replied to my previous questions.

I think people often choose to believe what they want rather than try to look at these questions from different perspectives.

The appraisal came back as 1,419 SQFT (147 SQFT difference).
