all very good advice. add to that a trip to www.annualcreditreport.com. by federal law, you are entitled to one free credit report from all 3 agencies each year. this is where you can get it. and, yes, it is free as opposed to the free credit reports websites which are anything but free. in this website, you can dispute any negative information that you do not agree with. many peoples credit report will contain things that are not theirs. these agencies are NOT accurate by many means. they mix up stuff with people with similar names, close social security numbers, etc. go to the website and check things out, you can improve your score easier than you think. and, by all means, please accept and use the advice of the people who have answered you back prior to myself. it is good advice

Being generous and assuming you end up with $20K that's a 3.6% CAP rate which is terrible.I don't see any positives here unless you mixed up some numbers.

If he wants to dump it, then communicate with the attorney (through yours) to include your offer in the mix.

Then you pour bleach/water mix into tubs and put all of the hangars in the mixture.

Buy it in concentrate form (it's more economical per mixed gallon than buying pre-mixed).

The other one Malcolm can fund the repairs myself.It's bad enough when you speak in third-person, but please try not to mix in first-person references in the same sentence...So really what Malcolm is lacking is not vision or a plan, its financing so that either I can do a short pay or a short sale but with the intent to get the property back in Malcolm's name.You were clearly lacking vision and a plan when you purchased the properties.

Still have a couple small angel investments in tech plays.Had gold (1 oz coins) but sold when it surged last year.
