They were going to finish up some loose ends (just small random things, haul trash, install threshold, etc) on the house for me through their preferred handyman.

Doesn't have to be publicly traded, doesn't have to national per se.Its loosely thrown around though for super strong regionals who may provide audited financials, etc.

I know at least a dozen ways to completely screw up your property without being able to ever pin it on meCut this guy loose as soon as possible.

So because of that, it seems that we are bound to allow the animal.We ended up charging pet rent as per our lease ($10/day for unapproved animals) for the time the animal was in the house and they seemed accepting of that and have already paid.

If you loose the house it’s worse than his legal trouble.
