(I’m sure there are 😊) I was reading and listening to a lot of blogs and BRRRR sounds interesting but how does one start?

Hey Erina,I was in your shoes a couple years ago, except you have much more in liquid assets than I did at the time.

During this time, I've spent time listening to the BP podcasts, reading books (Rich Dad is phenomenal), and we've been networking some too!

Ive been listening to the podcast for years now and Im just happy to finally have some skin in the game.

As for Eric James' statement.. it is true, there is much I still have to learn ..as I mentioned I'm a rookie.. but also as mentioned, I'm on my second deal and I've listened to so many interviews on the BiggerPockets podcast with successful Real Estate Investors. 

Open to listen to all advise and if any of you can actually help with property acquisition.Understood the whole deal/process is not a cake walk and there will be lot of hurdles.

so yeah, regardless of how nice/good you are to people, people are people and will turn on you in a heartbeat.If I were in your shoes, I'd  either have the PM hire an attorney, or hire an attorney ASAP.
