Hey how is everybody doing.I was wondering how much is it to get your realtor license?

Or maybe that I have shifted my focus to getting my broker license for the past few months that im just 'out of the loop'The real reason I ask this is because im kind of in a personal dilema of where do I shift my focus to at this specific time?

I also have a GC license, and wouldn't consider contracting for most rehabbers.

we take the first month and sec. dep at lease signing, unless special circumstances exist, I think Brandon may be referring to Ernest money that would be applied to first month, and that would have little regulation, unless you are licensed, and use state forms that direct where the money goes, and how it would be distributed. 

In order to install submeters you have to have licensed tradesmen install them most times and the meters themselves can be expesive.

I am currently working on my electrical journeyman license for MA and have been working in the trade for 9 years in the Boston area looking to learn as much as I can.

Hey BP, so this summer I was considering getting my RE license and trying to get going as a agent.

Might just get licensed so I don't have to worry about all the legal BS.
