Better to tell the buyer that you are a wholesaler and your buyers are made up of flippers or landlords that are going to make a profit on his house and most Likley most of them will not want to give him FMV.

I can get phone records of the subject, their friends and family, employers, address history, land lines, cell phones, judgements for 2 dollars a search and then full blow background checks for tenant screening for 12 dollars.

I tried to bring my business over to Investors bank and when I called and spoke to one of their business bankers and explained that I am a landlord with over 10 units and looking to grow, the rep was not interested at all in helping and was very abrupt.They are not the bank for real estate investors.
