I see houses passed around a lot by wholesalers that do not have supporting comps or are honestly just junk houses and will be nothing but a headache.

Wholesaling is a term where an investor may have access to many properties and sells the contracts to individual buyers.Any tips on where to find potential buyers if you don't have a list of contacts already? 

My initial goal was to buy a house using my employment income but now that that has changed i am looking for tips and strategies to purchase a house through my LLC or by paying myself a wage (which wont be that close to what i was making before).
