Rely on proven techniques (simple contract assignments and referral fees) where you efforts and the internet can produce income with little risk when you first begin.

I have not and I imagine if you could be getting HVAC or windows for free or reduced costs BP users would be all over it.

I have solid furniture, a couple fake plants in the apartment, good internet, and smart TVs. 

So a shack 2/1 in PB that rents for $4k/month will likely have lower cap expense than a 3/2 in Detroit that rents for $800/month but if I use rent percent as the basis for cap expense the little PB 2/1 would have more cap ex allocated.BTW my roofing exercise on a 1000' structure in San Diego county: $8K replace asphalt shingle roof / (25 (years lifetime asphalt shingle) * 12 (months per year) = $26.67/month.

Hello All, I am currently in negotiations with spectrum cable on a internet/cable 10 year exclusivity agreement for a 233 unit complex in Ohio.

It's been working fine for me, but I'm not a power user.

A couple downsides are that the app is not the most user friendly, but it's not the worst I've used, and there tends to be a wait list on most major titles.
