Once they have that info there is no more curiosity about the number that keeps calling and they can now block your number.

Get employer info and closes relative, have tenant update this info each time they renew.Have good screening done.

It was a fixer-upper and from the description sounded like the kind of house I'd be interested in so I sent an email and text to the contact info listed. 

But I don't know him at all, and there is very little info online about that company.Your help/suggestions/warnings are appreciated!
