@Tammy Mitchell I to be honest have not read anything on the investing side as I am extremely busy I have spent most of my learning side listening to the podcasts to get info while driving to work or at the gym as I am looking at the full scope of the industry at the moment but had not looked into the syndication and private lending but it is something to research.
