hey criss pike, I did that quite a bit for the first year or two. my experience was the short term benefits caused headaches sooner than I had hoped. there was an upside for me because I self manage and am a hands on guy.

@Tammy Mitchell I to be honest have not read anything on the investing side as I am extremely busy I have spent most of my learning side listening to the podcasts to get info while driving to work or at the gym as I am looking at the full scope of the industry at the moment but had not looked into the syndication and private lending but it is something to research.
