Private lending in a hurry!

Hello, everyone.. this is my first time on this forum and I have a couple of questions about how to find private lenders and after learning about (from BP) how expensive it can be with hard money lenders, I was gonna go that route and typically how long would it take for monies to be transferred and do they need to be local? I'm in process to close on house for $66K on May 10th and purchasing thru Auction.com It's easily $140K ARP (conservatively) w/ $30K of renovations. I plan on using the BRRRR strategy and have my own cash but it's ALL my cash in savings & i really don't wanna do that! Not to mention need $30K for renovations. I currently just got approved for $35K from discover. Can I use this monies and pay back when I refinance property? I finally just HAD to do this and jump in there and learn from mistakes (as BP suggests)!! Hopefully none with some wisdom from u fine people! Any suggestions? Thank you
