BP has had a huge part in my transition to the real estate business- I find I use the search bar at the top answer any questions I may have.

If you use the search bar and type in "Vegas" you will find a ton of threads about the Vegas market.

If you buy the properties with enough equity going in (even considering that you're only putting 1% down) this deal could be a nice package to green you up for a lot more acquisitions in the future.Also, what's your market demographics?

One sign to me is that there are no bars on the windows of my potential house or most of the houses around it.
