Hello everyone,So one thing I've started doing recently is running different imaginary real estate deal through my head and on paper just to tory and get a sense for ways I could use the different real estate investment strategies mentioned here.So the other day I was thinking about the BRRRR strategy and the house hacking strategy and was wondering if there was a way to try and combine them.

Two off the top of my head are Long Beach Multiservice Center and Harbor Interfaith in San pedro.  

Maybe it's like with Joe Kaiser - some person with ambition got is into his head that real estate investing is a scam and then just do all they can to prove it.

Should I head over there and scope out the yard to ensure there is nothing else?

I tell him its a done deal, shake his hand and head back towards my home. 

If a leak is found, the price will head up to 10-50K, maybe even more.

It does not throw Single or Head of Household into the mix as these options are unlikely to be available to you.

I would not plan on investing this year with a score as bad as yours appears to be.To get a head start on investing you need a much higher score than the bare minimum requirements.
