I wish AirBNB was as user friendly as VRBO.I don't go into AirBNB as often because it isn't as intuitive and maybe thats one reason why I'm not as comfortable using it since I get frustrated when I try and find items that are buried.I get most of my bookings and I get higher per night prices on VRBO.

Looking for an investor friendly, local lender to work with.

We bought our first home (a foreclosed, end-unit townhouse) at the bottom of the market in 2008, but are now looking to move into a new neighborhood that is more family-friendly.  

Custodians are very much at the back end of the structure, and some are more friendly than others to the concept.  

I'm north of Boston in Massachusetts which is a very competitive market, and am open to single families, multis, or condos that I can rent for more than the mortgage for a 15 year loan.

I am working the next 16 days and have not sourced a great CPA/accountant to speak with yet (I requested some recommendations from friends yesterday). 

Ask them for a recommendation for a reliable builder-investor friendly flooring installer.
