this is just to clarify on studios --a studio is meant for one person, another phrase is an efficiency apartment --https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Studio_apartmentmultifamily would not be the same -- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi-family_residen...im not sure if studios having different meaning in different states

I meant to say you will be free to advertise the unit is available as of date when current tenant leaves and you can show with proper notice to current tenant that you will be showing the apartment..
