I think PM makes the most sense because being an agent would require leaving the home more frequently.

Have your local experienced real estate agent in on the decisions before you begin.Yes, all great things to consider!

With regard to any drug testing I think a good, thorough understanding of both federal and state tenant law is in order.  

I have a great insurance agent I switched to this year and happy to put you in touch.Taxes are far more complicated.

Most of the specialty cost seg providers will do an upfront analysis and give you a range of the potential deduction and take into account your federal and state tax bracket to determine the tax benefit.  

Look for Investor Agents.

Due to the pursuit of family stability, with a growing child and a desire to build connections in the neighborhood, we will be moving to Georgia in the beginning of March for the latest.I am excited about continuing my real estate career in Georgia, not only as an agent but also as an investor.
