This is definitely based on your geography too.Last, I put a sign at every exit of the local Wal-mart and every week without fail I get the call, " Hi I was just leaving Wal-mart and saw that you buy houses".I am really considering having my two younger brothers hold signs at major intersections in the area.

Murder, theft, adultery....just to name a few.Maybe it's time people start waking up to the realization that a "family values" politician is one element of a person who is a politician who knows when a principle is right and strives for it even when he or she is a failed human being just like the rest of us.Family values is a good principle and I will support those who continue to push this principle forward.

(before it's binding, certainly, but not after)I could certainly be wrong, but I'd be very surprised if I ever saw this in a contract, bank or otherwise...I have seen this language in some addendums and Anson is reading it correctly, however, this language is usually only in the addendums when I get access to property direct through the asset managers and I often times purposely fail to initial that section.
