If you have to help explain the situation (if it's a real issue) to the listing broker, I think it could be okay to call that broker and explain why there is a need to extend if your buyers broker isn't able to help you there.

@Cody Arnett the big one is obviously fee, I'll stay with a manager long term though if they can handle their math properly and operate efficiently, what I mean by that is units aren't vacant for extended periods of time waiting for vendors, they keep me in the loop without bothering me with every little thing, it is a very fine balance.
