What do investors look for in a property management company?

My family and I have been managing our dad‘s investment portfolio of about 33 doors for a few years now. We started a property management and maintenance company a few months ago to offer those services to other investors as a full-time focus. We have the knowledge, experience, proven systems & processes in place to offer these services. We also know how to think like investors and that investors get into this business to make money, not to spend money they don’t need to spend.

I am trying to get a better idea what other investors are looking for in a property management company so we can add that much more value. TIA
