My motivation in running my rental property business is to:1) Make enough money to support my lifestyle2) Be semi-retired by only needing to work 3-4 days a week.3) Build up net worth for "retirement", in case I ever decide that I don't want to work any more (I doubt that will ever happen).This week is a good example of what I've worked so hard to build.
