If I see that their current arrangement works for me I keep the same company, if not I find other local companies online and feel them out over the phone/website/emails and through reviews (google & biggerpockets are best friends).

I would imagine the rate to be pretty high though.Alternatively, if you have the assets, you can do a cash out on another property in order to buy this one outright even.Wish you the best

@Brian Adzadi I cannot even imagine being able to buy a house for $25,000, you cannot even buy a piece of land to build a house where I live for $50,000 and permits alone will cost you another $50,000.
