Re-pipe under floor so drains run to sanitary sewer.

I wanted to apply for a conditional use of permit for the property to run a daycare facility out of it.I was told by zoning that it can not be used as that without re-zoning it as commercial use.

Our tenant just moved out and we found the following damages on the floor, the door and the wall.

We have been making a run on about half of them.

Example, while an area may have AMAZING cash flow on paper, what will your vacancy be like because the area is so run down and no one wants to live there?

Talk to the neighbors, observe from outside, peek in the windows, beat on the door, enter the unit, or whatever.

Say 20x30 10 foot roll up door and a walk through door?
