If you're priced out of your current market, I would definitely look into other markets where you can find great macroeconomics, positive cash flow, and amazing appreciation potential.

Hi Melissa, If you’re looking for website platforms that don’t require IDX integration from an MLS, there are some great options out there.

There are assets in an inherited IRA that I could use, I think (not sure, I think just getting RMDs)  I have taken $ out of inheritance before as a PAL (pledged asset line) and repaid it.  

Another fact about the land bank is that as soon as you bid on a property, the city will market your bid and try to get other investors to bid out of FOMO.

The primary benefit of a smaller  renovation is you'll have a larger safety net if the renovation gets out of hand, the property won't sell, or if it takes longer than expected to rent.
