So now I own 2 mobile home parks, a duplex, and my single family home.  

I now have 11 properties (2 lots, 8 single family residences, and a mobile home park with 4 units).

It should be at least double the lot rent at a mobile home park in the same neighborhood.

Im 31 and own a 17 unit mobile home park and 2 rental housesi have never used banks before my credit is not the greatest maybe around 630-680 score but all my properties are paid for i need advice on where my net or gross income needs to be for the bank to approve cash out refi or a line of credit.where do i go from here i want to expand and buy more rentals.

Overton IIII don't think there is a bluebook for mobiles.

For example, say the lot is 6,000 SF, but the Engineering Dept requires a 20-foot right-of-way dedication for new curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements across the street frontage of your lot.
