I am about to head to the court house to look for tax liens and foreclosure notices.

In a way, I want to rent out the old house but I have enough on my plate as it is.I'd also like to sell the house and buy the trailer with the "proceeds" but my girlfriend still needs the house to live in.

Since I don't have written confirmation that they want to terminate early (and don't have the lease breaking fee), how should I proceed with them not responding?

me wife and I are starting the process to sell our single family and use the proceeds from that to put down on a multi family home , move in and repeat the process we are currently meriden andwe currently rent out a condo in meriden also. we are just looking to expend and own more units.

I could be wrong but I believe I have to name properties for which I will be purchasing with the proceeds from my Chicago property.

They real question will be wether the sheriff includes the 6-month portion in their schedule of distribution to be paid from the proceeds of the sale.

It seemed that you needed the proceeds from the sale to fund that new downpayment.

@Taylor Campbell welcome to BP.Putting them on the deed is possible but probably not the best way to proceed.

You can still take them to court and seek a judgment for money owed.

I'm guessing I can sue for damages, i.e. small claims court or something similar, but I can't stop this person from vandalizing/damaging the other unit and common area?
