Are HOA fees are wiped out by mortgage Foreclosur in Pennsylvania

I'm looking at buying a first mortgage foreclosure in Luzerne county PA.. Does anyone know if back HOA fees are wiped out by a first mortgage foreclosure purchased by a 3rd party (me)

In PA an HOA has super priority lien status. That places it in front of a first mortgage. So it isnt usually wiped out by a a foreclosure
