We felt like we had more control over non-payment.  

Since that vacation rental company has control over the property, I don't think it will qualify for the loan. 

I am open to meeting in person in any City or State of mutual market interest with a desired end goal to build a team, joint venture possibilities, and the aim to build a solid network.

When it came time to getting the 5 people out we worked out a deal, but I was always in control.

Before anyone can venture a guess, they need to know where the property is; transfer taxes, recordation tax and doc stamps can vary wildly across the country.  

The facility has 5 buildings, 51,330 rentable sq ft. 215 total units (none climate controlled) The property has an automated entry gate as well as a security fence surrounding the entire facility with security cameras located throughout.  

I will be going to talk to my accountant in the coming week and will also see if he can recommend a real estate lawyer in the area.What would be your advice to starting out this venture?

Update: I installed a new system and connected it to my phone to controll the watering

I'm a full time FAA air traffic controller and part time Air National Guardsmen.

One thing I need to be conscious about is not being my team members control on how they do their work.
