What sort of advantages, less cost, do you see panning out?

My goal is vague at this point, I would like to get much more specific.As a first time home buyer, what advantages do I have?

I would like to make offer before the 15th day, so less competition, or the property might be gone.

I can tell you right now that having direct MLS access in FL is a HUGE advantage over the work I do in GA, the counties i don't have direct MLS access to in FL I see the drawbacks very clearly.

I wonder why TX feels there is much of an advantage to keeping the sale price private?

You mostly want to be near the top compared to the competition.
