Don't forget to keep it simple 👌.I work full-time as a Project Engineer, I'm also a Realtor (specialize in working with investors) and I'm also Investing Full-time.All these are not easy if I don't have the "Personal Motivation" to keep going no matter the amount of external motivations.I will suggest you stick to a Real Estate Niche and get great at that niche first before diversifying to other Real Estate Niches.Goodluck and don't be a stranger.

If it's something simple like changing a light bulb, it stays at $40.

We had the feeling that our job was to be ‘investors’… This project taught us that we enjoy the day to day work – we are not experts, so the things we do ourselves is limited but finishing the paint & doing other simple tasks saved us about $6,000 & got the project to market 2 & ½ weeks early.

Down side is you can't capture the equity if it was sold.

It's just that simple.

Do you, or anyone else, know the 'why' behind what seems like a VERY specific limit on rolling funds ROTH IRA  (I assume the same would apply to SEP, SIMPLE, etc... too?)
