Networking and finding investor/broker How did you finance this deal?

Hello,I am looking for a broker or a real estate agent in the Boca Raton area would you guys recommend any ?

I'm a broker and landlord in Dorchester and over a year ago became acquainted with Alex Newman and he's been great, working on three different properties for me.

I have two paths forward to get my first deal done, and I'd love to tap into the collective wisdom of the BP community for feedback.Option 1: Buy my own small multifamily (2-4 units)However, it's been difficult to find actual "deals" and candidly I haven't put in the effort to go all out, with direct mail, digital ads, out of state owners, etc. mostly just working with brokers and looking at the various online sources. 

I would also say to contact a few brokers in the market and setup meetings with them, have them tour you around the city and you will learn a lot quickly. 

The loan is too expensive IMO-you need to shop around; call credit unions, local banks and brokers.
