A 14% drop in area income during the greatest recession this country has ever seen is getting off pretty damn lightly IMHO.

Hey all,I am brand new to the community, so nice to meet you all.I am currently living in Australia with my partner, and bought our first house here a few months back.

The barmaid can adjust her lifestyle for the lower income life--eating in, store brand food, wearing a jacket to reduce the heating costs, etc.2. 

This is not glamorous (see the photo) but we helped the city to keep the lights on, police paid, and schools working so it's a nice win-win for the city and us as well.

Now the units are not in bad shape so it will be a light renovation that i believe i can tackle it myself.

I’ve been having a on going issue in one of my duplex with the lights blowing out in my kitchen I keep hire a guy or guys and it keeps being a problem plus they’re not reliable and costing me more money.

Of course, if the crisis extends for 6 months to a year, then the ripple effect could cause real estate prices to tumble and we might see a "light" version of the last real estate crisis.

Can anyone shine some light on this.What do you do for small pets like reptiles hamsters Etc.

Instead of going to get brand new materials and appliances, look for gently used materials, appliances or sales.
