I am new to bigger pockets as well and also may be looking at a move to the Fort Collins area.

Someone entered the house and braced both doors, and is still in the house.The police department is 4 blocks away.

Seems to me that they have decided that the better option is to only take MLS listings and block everyone else

(my thought would be the seller could pay him a small amount monthly til the pay off or its just deferred payment when the refinance happens)Im new to bigger pockets by the way, so this is really exciting to have somewhere to ask any questions at all.

If you buy a property with multiple units the income from the rented units helps you qualify for a bigger loan.

I want to spend a little more money this time on a nicer/bigger property and speed up the process by the experience i have gained.

One area may be lower-priced for a good reason, but even just a few blocks away, a similar property would be a great deal.
