The property is owned by a non-profit student org and receives some benefits with regards to property tax.

Maybe or may be not, I plan to get loan in the next few months for an inherited property in North Carolina but I do have dinged credit from past mistakes.

After running extensive screenings (background/credit checks, references from employers and landlords), the tenants have split up and are breaking their lease after a month and a half.

They are a nice couple, however do not have good credit yet checked out with their prior landlord.

It doesn't show up on my credit report, but not sure if that would be the case with every bank.

You will learn the most with it, and it will be such a benefit that you got 4 units with one own-occupied loan.

ITIN's have been and are used to extend credit and are very specifically designed for foreign nationals to use in place of an SSN.

Getting a loan from family or friends is out of the picture, i found a local credit union that is willing to let me apply for a home equity loan but that is not guaranteed  and there is also a $300 fee .

Do all banks/credit union need one ?
